Alan Irving Construction Ltd opened for business in 1980 and we have built up a solid reputation for quality workmanship, incorporating everything from small maintenance works, major new build and contracting work. Now active throughout the north-west of England we are on a growing number of select tender lists, as well as winning a considerable amount of work via repeat business and word-of-mouth -possibly the finest recommendation of all.
Our workforce is our greatest asset. The construction business, being unique in many ways, requires employees who are fully committed. We have managed to attract and retain one of the most professional teams in the industry. We also have developed and maintained relationships with qualified sub-contractors and major material suppliers, thus providing us with top quality people and building materials for any project.
We are members of The National Federation of Builders, Corgi and Constructionline and undertake main contracting work for city councils, various hospital trusts, county council, industry, private companies and domestic.
